Alaikum:
As you know,
see on all types of media that there is a
killing and very dangerous flood in all three
main populated provinces of Pakistan in these
days. After 1929, this is the worst flooding
event in the history of the Pakistan, (this is
the 60th world biggest Floods in
history)
Due to this killing flood there
has been a lot of losses in the area, as up to
this date the number of death has reached to
3000 Persons & approximately 25,00000 Persons
has directly affected with this alarming event.
According to a UNO Appeal Pakistan needs more
then 40,0000000 US dollar to recover its losses.
50 year progress has been flowed out in flood.
Overall the country is affected
with flood, but the following districts are
directly affected with flood events as they are
situated on the rivers banks. Dozens of cities
and towns has been declared as a “Disaster Area”
by governments sections.

peoples, just as a survey we find that the
affected peoples are suffering with followings.

- Partial collapse of
Walls, Windows, doors and verandas etc
- Losses of all types
of daily use home items
- Pollution of Foods
and edibles
- Pollution of
Drinking Water (River, Wells and Springs are
Poluted with dirt)
- Loss of Roods,
Streets and walking paths
- Heavy Causalities
of Live Stock (Buffalos, Cows, Sheep, Goats
etc)
- Destruction of
present Crops and vegetable cultivations
- Heavy losses of
Wheat Reservoirs at home and at Food Storage
Locations
- Spread of various
diseases and infections
- Scarcity of daily
employments resources
- Risks of Thefts and
Robbery in affected areas.
Flood Relief in
the Area
After declaration as “Disaster
Region” some relief activates has been started
by government department and some of the
Islamic Countries. It’s too less as compared to
the losses.
Peoples are sleeping under open
sky; some are still climbed on trees. No
shelter, nothing to eat or drink, no medical aid
to meet the emergencies even. People are
restless, hungry and thirsty on the risk of any
disease. Although MEDIA is fully focusing on
this occasion, but normal relief activity has
started, it’s the need of time to start all such
activities on WAR BASE.
IKT Flood
Relief Campaign
With limited resources, IKT has immediately
started Food relief activities in the area. Up
to creation of this text the following services
are being provided to the affected peoples.

Services in its own buildings
Still there are many remote
villages and populations where there any single
outside person has not reached for HELP of
affecters.

help the affected persons in transparent ways.

humane hearted brother and sister in faith for
full HELP and support of the affected People of

reward from Almighty Allah for this sacrifice.
Scale
of the disaster
Minister Of information for Pakistan's Khyber-Pakhtoonkhwa
announced the latest death toll. He added, "We
fear the death toll will rise once the water
recedes. We are facing the worst disaster in the
history of our province."
The government of Pakistan declared a state of
emergency as 312mm (12in) of rain had fallen
over the last 36 hours in the north-west,
according to the local meteorological
department. This is the highest rainfall
Pakistan has seen for decades.
The 3 million citizens of Peshawar, the region's
largest city, have been cut off from surrounding
areas. Survivors are taking shelter in schools,
mosques and areas of high ground.
Right
now they need your compassion and help. They are
in no better condition than the survivors of the
earth quake in 2005!
It is time that you once again reached out to
your fellow men and shared their pain and
suffering.
It is time that you once again demonstrated the
goodness in your hearts and made an effort to
alleviate the suffering of the people of
Pakistan.
It has been proven many times that while human
beings are blessed by Allah with infinite
resolution and the will to survive and recover
through His good grace there is a time that one
needs support from fellow men. Those who step up
to provide such support are undoubtedly the
blessed of Allah and time is of the essence.
The
Pakistani People need your help now!
You can donate tents, portable shelters,
blankets, bedding, cooking utensils, cooking
stoves and dry rations in the form of flour,
sugar, cooking oils, biscuits, dried milk,
medicines and medical supplies
There is no better acknowledgement of Allah and
his bounties then the compassion you show your
fellow human beings. It is time for you share
your good fortune granted by Allah with those
who are beset by misfortune and calamity.
Lives of thousands of people are in danger.
